This is the web site of Nitro Intelligence (Nitro).
This document details our policies and procedures in relation to the collection and analysis of any information relating to visitors to Nitro's Web site(s).
This document does not detail the policies and procedures in relation to any of the sites that Nitro is hosting for our clients. Details of specific policies relating to our client's sites should be available on their web site. Our client's web sites must comply with our terms of service as published on this site.

1. Data Collection and Purpose Specification
We collect the personal data that you may volunteer while using our services.
We do not collect information about our visitors from other sources, such as public records or bodies, or private organisations.
For each visitor to our Web site(s), our server automatically
recognises only the visitor's domain name and various browser / platform statistics; but not any personal details such as e-mail address unless these are knowingly entered by the visitor such as in an online form.
We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of
visitors to our Web page, We collect and maintain a record of the e-mail addresses of those who communicate
with us via e-mail. We collect and maintain aggregate information on what pages consumers
access or visit; as well as information volunteered by the consumer, such as
survey information and/or site registrations, name and address,
telephone number, fax number, payment information (e.g., credit card
number and billing address).
The anonymous information we collect is used to personalise the content and/or layout of our pages for each individual
visitor, as well as to improve the content of our Web site(s) following internal review. Such anonymous information will susequently be discarded.
With respect to cookies, we use cookies to store visitors
preferences, record session information, such as items that consumers
add to their shopping cart.
2. Children's Privacy
Nitro requires that all customers and vistors to our site be over 18. Any individuals who are under the age of 18 will require documented authorisation from their parents / legal guardians prior to engaging our services.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
3. Disclosure and Visitor Choice
We will not disclose your personal data to third parties or other organisations. We ensure that your personal data will not be disclosed to State
institutions and authorities except if required by law or other
regulation.
We reserve the right to provide personal data to national and international law enforcement agencies in cases where the vistor's actions breach our published terms of service and are deemed to be illegal or fraudulent.
4. Confidentiality / Security
We give you the option of using a secure transmission method to send us the following types of personal data:
- Primary personal data (such as name and contact details)
- Other personal and profiling data (such as physical description, leisure activities)
- Identifiers (such as credit card details, web site passwords)
We have implemented security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that we have under our control from:

- unlawful destruction or accidental loss

or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please contact us, providing your exact name and address.

who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line may receive
telephone contact from us with information regarding new products and
services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such
telephone calls, please contact us, providing your name and phone number.
With
respect to Ad Servers: To try and bring you offers that are of interest
to you, we have a relationshipwith Google that we allow to
place ads on our Web pages. As a result of your visit to our site, Google may collect information such as your domain type, your
IP address and clickstream information. For further information,
consult the privacy policies of Google.
From time to time, we
may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously
disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at
some time in the future we will contact you before we use your data for
these new purposes to notify you of the policy change and to provide
you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.
With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in
place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or
alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
6. Accessing Your Personal Data
Upon request we provide site visitors with access to all information (including proprietary information) that we maintain about them. You can contact us to find out
whether we are keeping personal data about you.
Upon request, which you can indicate by sending postal mail to us, we will provide you with a readable copy of the personal data which we keep about you within a week. We will require proof of your identity prior to releasing any such information. We will provide the information without any charge, however it may take up to 21 days for such requests to be processed.
We allow you to challenge any data that we hold about you and, where appropriate, you may have the data erased, rectified, amended or completed. Most all of your personal data can be maintained directly by yourself within the customer support toolbox .
7. Privacy Enquiries and Complaints Resolution
Nitro strives to maintain your personal information private and secure. Nitro's policies and procedures are in place to ensure that we are compliant with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 .
