Wherever possible we try to implement solutions for our clients using proven, reliable and cost effective open source solutions. Sometimes a client will come to us with an idea that can not be put into action using existing systems. At this stage Nitro will work closely with the client to design a custom solution for them.

Our solutions can be built from the ground up specifically to your requirements, or where possible will leverage existing modules and libraries - there's no point re-inventing the wheel, unless of course the wheel is not what you need to get your vehicle moving.

We specialise in building solutions on the open source "LAMP" platform (ie. Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP) which are all proven performers in today's internet environment. These solutions are able to be leveraged in your next application development project, without the need to pay for expensive (and often bloated / under-performing) commercial solutions.
